Ma intreb daca oare imi plac tocmai pentru faptul ca nu sunt comerciali.

I-am vazut luna asta live in Bucuresti, iar sentimentul care m-a incercat a fost o combinatie intre liniste apasatoare si comfort. Pink Martini stiu sa transmita corect mesajul.

Cu un repertoriu polivalent, Pink Martini pot arata mult mai mult decat au facut-o pana acum. Dar nu imi doresc asta. Ii vreau la fel in continuare: speciali, relaxati, pasionati si empatici.

Am auzit piese de pe noul album in timpul concertului. Doua dintre ele mi-au atras atentia in mod special: `Splendor In The Grass` si `Ninna Nanna`. Le poti auzi mai jos.

STAI ! Nu trage concluzia deja. Titlul filmului documentar are putina legatura cu actiunea din el.

In tentativa mea de a adormi, zapam printre posturile de televiziune pe care le tolerez. LA HBO era un nene pe o canapea, pe burtiera scria “Claudiu Mitcu – regizor”. Apoi a inceput filmul documentar. M-a prins din prima si ma bucur ca HBO-ul isi respecta blazonul cu filmul asta.

Povestea e simpla, dar trairile `persoanjelor` sunt mult mai complexe.

Documentarul Australia spune povestea echipei naţionale de fotbal a persoanelor fara adapost (homeless) din Romania si a participarii acesteia la “Homeless World Cup Melbourne” din decembrie 2008.

Totul e real, totul e firesc, nimic nu e cenzurat in documentarul asta. Nici macar limbajul trivial, motiv pentru care HBO-ul l-a difuzat intotdeauna noaptea.

Relatarea se concentreaza pe sapte personaje, toti oameni fara adapost din Timisoara, adunati de un profesor de sport care crede ca ii poate transforma in sportivi, in ciuda statutului lor social.

Este savuros sa-l vezi doar din ipostaza telespectatorului, dar dureros cand te gandesti ca este un documentar si nu un scenariu de film. Un documentar crud, lipsit de cenzura, documentar care reda perfect statutul romanului fara adapost si impactul occidentului asupra lui.

Fara un personaj principal, documentarul ii arata pe membrii ineditei echipe de fotbal din momentul in care se face selectionarea lor si pana in momentul in care ajung sa isi reprezinte tara pe indepartatul continent australian.

E o recomandare apasata din partea mea sa urmariti programarea filemlor pe HBO pentru a nu rata documentarul asta de nota 20.
